We’re Hiring: Senior Manager - Procurement MEP A leading real estate and property development organization is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement MEP to lead procurement strategy, vendor management, commercial negotiations, and supply chain activities for MEP materials and services across major construction projects. Location: Dubai, UAE Role: Senior Manager - Procurement MEP Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Develop and execute procurement strategies for MEP materials, equipment, subcontracting, and specialist services. ✔️ Lead the sourcing, prequalification, evaluation, and selection of MEP suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. ✔️ Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, warranties, delivery schedules, and contractual agreements. ✔️ Manage procurement activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, and other MEP systems. ✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and strategic procurement partners. ✔️ Review technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering, project, contracts, and finance teams. ✔️ Monitor procurement schedules, budgets, material lead times, market prices, and supplier performance to ensure timely project delivery. ✔️ Identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate procurement risks, and ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and quality standards. 📩 Apply Now: https://lnkd.in/g3TSHdVB
