We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Interior Design to lead the design function across a portfolio of real estate development projects. The role will be responsible for safeguarding design quality and intent throughout the project lifecycle, while ensuring that design solutions remain commercially viable, technically compliant, and aligned with the overall product positioning.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience, ideally within real estate development, design consultancy, or a comparable development environment.
• Proven experience managing interior design across multiple project phases, from concept and design development through implementation.
• Strong understanding of real estate development and the integration of interior design with architectural, structural, MEP, and construction requirements.
• Experience managing design consultants and multidisciplinary project stakeholders.
