We are supporting a leading regulatory authority in Abu Dhabi in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Investment Funds team, overseeing fund applications, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will: - Review and assess local and international investment fund applications - Evaluate applications against regulatory frameworks and UAE securities market requirements - Review audited financial statements and fund accounts - Monitor financial reporting deadlines and regulatory compliance - Develop and update policies, procedures, and operational guidelines - Support process improvements and departmental strategic initiatives We are seeking candidates with: - UAE Nationals: 10+ years of relevant experience - Expats: 16+ years of relevant experience - A degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in investment funds, private equity, financial services, or a related field - Corporate finance professionals with exposure to financial services, funds, or private equity are also encouraged to apply - Strong financial analysis, regulatory, and reporting skills - Salary up to AED 45,000 per month For further details or to apply, please share your CV directly to bstuart@carter-knight.com.
