We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior FFamp;E Designer to join our team in Dubai.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Develop and manage FFamp;E design concepts in line with overall project design objectives.
• Prepare FFamp;E presentations, mood boards, material palettes, furniture layouts, and design proposals.
• Research and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and decorative elements appropriate to the project concept.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive FFamp;E schedules, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate FFamp;E selections with Interior Designers, Architects, Consultants, Procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
• Source and evaluate furniture, fixtures, finishes, accessories, and materials from local and international suppliers.
• Ensure selected FFamp;E items meet project design intent, quality standards, specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor FFamp;E installation and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Review mock-ups, prototypes, samples, and production items to ensure quality and design compliance.

المتطلبات

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in FFamp;E / Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, FFamp;E Design, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale interior projects.
• Proven experience managing FFamp;E packages from concept development through procurement, production, and installation.
• Excellent knowledge of furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, decorative items, and interior materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
