Lead and supervise electrical MEP works including LV, lighting, power, containment, earthing, and ELV systems. Manage site execution, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and project schedules. Review and coordinate IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents. Coordinate with Emaar, consultants, main contractors, and other MEP disciplines. Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Manage testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of electrical systems. Resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely completion of works. Lead electrical engineers, supervisors, and site teams. Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12+ years of MEP contracting experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Emaar project experience is highly preferred/mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of electrical MEP systems and coordination.
• Good knowledge of DEWA requirements and applicable UAE standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and site management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM and Navisworks are an advantage
