We are seeking a hands-on Senior Deployment Engineering to lead the transition of AI products from proof of concept to secure, scalable, production-ready solutions for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end deployment, technical integrations, client-specific configurations, production stability, and delivery timelines and budgets. Initially hands-on, you will also establish deployment processes and build a dedicated team as the business scales.

المتطلبات

• 7+ years in deployment engineering, implementation, solutions engineering or technical delivery.
• Proven experience deploying AI applications into production, including LLMs, RAG and agentic systems.
• Hands-on expertise in AI model serving, GPU infrastructure, inference optimisation and secure data isolation.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP, on-premise/hybrid infrastructure, APIs, networking and system integration.
• Experience managing enterprise software rollouts, production releases and post-deployment support.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Proven technical leadership, project management and client-facing stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
