We are looking for an experienced Senior After-Sales Engineer with 5–8 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater treatment systems, including AMC and O&M contract management. We are headhunting a commercially sharp Financial Controller / CFO to take total operational ownership of the family office's financial management, global real estate accounting, treasury, and banking infrastructure. Core Focus: Long-term Wealth Preservation, Asset Protection, and Global Real Estate Management (Not high-frequency PE/ VC deal-making). Key Responsibilities: • Global Real Estate Financial Management: Oversee SPV accounting, yield tracking, tax compliance, and CapEx/OpEx for an international real estate portfolio. Support financial due diligence on new property acquisitions. • Banking & Treasury Operations: Lead relationships with Tier-1 global/local private banks. Oversee multi-currency liquidity, FX, and high-value wire transfers, ensuring 100% bank KYC/AML compliance. • Consolidated Reporting & Governance: Deliver monthly/ annual consolidated net-worth dashboards, balance sheet reviews, UAE Corporate Tax/ESR compliance, and annual audits. • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and supervise the internal finance team (Treasury Specialist and Payments Analyst). Mandatory Requirements: V MUST have direct experience as a CFO / Financial Controller within a Single Family Office (SFO) or UHNW Private Office. V MUST have proven experience managing global real estate financial portfolios and SPVS. V Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA). MUST be currently residing in the UAE.
