Union Square House Real Estate Broker LLC (USH) is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Dubai-based team.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage daily accounting transactions, General Ledger, AP and AR
• Prepare bank, customer, supplier and account reconciliations
• Review invoices, receipts, payments and company expenses
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts
• Handle UAE VAT calculations, documentation and VAT return preparation
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE tax requirements
• Monitor cash flow and payment schedules
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required audit support
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• UAE accounting experience is mandatory
• Real estate or brokerage accounting experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and tax requirements
• Hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL and reconciliations
• Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting software skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related field
• CA, ACCA or CMA qualification is an advantage
• Indian nationality
