المهام والمسؤوليات

• Monitor bank positions, cash flow, working capital, loans, PDCs, and client outstanding balances.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash transactions, petty cash, spot checks, and banking relationships.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany/associate company transactions, balances, settlements, and funding requirements.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheets, P&L statements, schedules, variance and ratio analysis.
• Support month-end closing, statutory/interim audits, audit requirements, and financial reporting.
• Monitor investments, project costs, owners’ current accounts, capital injections, and drawings.
• Review accruals, provisions, closing JVs, utilities, insurance, rent, AMC, and contract renewals.
• Prepare and review monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, benefits, final settlements, and cost-center allocations.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts, CBD/E-Dirham transactions, and prepare MIS reports.
• Manage fixed assets, including purchases, depreciation, transfers, disposals, scrap sales, and physical verification.
• Coordinate with F&B, HR, Admin, Legal, and Accounts to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure transactions comply with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
