Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding. Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, CR management, SIT, UAT, and deployment. Strong expertise in vendor management, SLA management, and service delivery. Experience working with business stakeholders and senior management.
