We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive enterprise business development across the UAE, GCC & MENA for an innovative digital facultative reinsurance platform.
المتطلبات
- 5+ years of B2B Enterprise / Institutional Sales experience
- Strong background in InsurTech, Insurance, Reinsurance, SaaS, FinTech or Technology
- Proven experience in consultative & solution-based selling
- Strong enterprise client acquisition and deal-closing track record
- Experience engaging C-level executives, insurers, reinsurers, brokers & MGAs
- Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Existing UAE/GCC insurance or reinsurance network is highly preferred
