A leading engineering and technical services organization is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development, build strategic client relationships, and expand engineering services across the UAE market.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets across engineering services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, service offerings, and tailored solutions based on client requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline while tracking opportunities, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure solutions and proposals align with client expectations and project requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, industry developments, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
