المهام والمسؤوليات

• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Monitor safe working practices for MEP and electromechanical activities.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with approved safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, inspection records, and safety reports.
• Report and follow up on incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a strong safety culture across all activities.

المتطلبات

• Relevant HSE / Safety qualification
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Previous experience in MEP, Electromechanical, Construction, or Facility Management projects in the UAE
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, permit-to-work procedures, and site safety practices
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
