The Authors Holiday Homes is seeking a qualified and experienced Revenue Manager to maximize revenue and profitability across its managed properties.

المتطلبات

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue management, hotel reservations, hospitality, or holiday home management.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, occupancy forecasting, and revenue reporting.
• Experience with Guesty or a similar Property Management System (PMS) is preferred.
• Familiarity with online travel agencies and booking platforms, including Airbnb and Expedia.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong revenue analysis skills.
