Retail Sales Director | Dubai, UAE We’re looking for a Retail Sales Director to lead the retail division of an established brand in the home and interiors sector. The brand has a network of showrooms across the UAE. You’ll lead a team of 25+ sales professionals, set the standard for performance and customer service, and drive growth across the retail business. What you’ll do 🔹 Lead, inspire and develop a large retail sales team across multiple showrooms 🔹 Build a high-performance culture with clear targets, regular reviews and hands-on coaching 🔹 Lead hiring, onboarding and training of new Sales Executives, covering product knowledge and selling skills 🔹 Visit showrooms regularly to keep displays, POS and presentation to a high standard 🔹 Report weekly on sales and performance to senior management and deliver against agreed KPIs 🔹 Support the team on key client negotiations and resolve escalations, both internal and external 🔹 Track market trends and competitor activity, and recommend ways to grow the division What we’re looking for ✅ University degree in Business (marketing/sales focus preferred) or equivalent experience ✅ At least 3 years managing a sales team of 10+ people ✅ Strong leadership and people-management skills ✅ Solid CRM experience ✅ Energetic and target-driven, with excellent time management ✅ Good understanding of the UAE market and local business culture ✅ Valid UAE driving licence (a must) Package 💰 Competitive + OTE 📈 Bonus structure with extra earnings 🚗 Company car, with fuel, Salik and expenses covered 🏥 Company medical insurance ✈️ Annual flight to home country If you’re a proven retail sales leader ready for a senior role with serious earning potential, send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم]
