Location: Dubai. Salary: AED 15,000 + Service Charge. Starting Date: October 2026. KC Collective is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a Premium Restaurant. We're looking for a strong floor operator who understands high-end service, knows how to lead a team and can create a consistently exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Taking ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading, motivating and developing the front-of-house team
• Maintaining consistently high service and hospitality standards
• Managing daily floor operations, service flow and guest experience
• Building relationships with VIPs, regular guests and key clientele
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently and professionally
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team training
• Managing staff scheduling, performance and productivity
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and senior management teams
• Monitoring costs, operational efficiency and restaurant KPIs
• Supporting the operational preparation and team development ahead of launch

المتطلبات

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within high-end hospitality
• Strong background in luxury / premium standalone restaurants
• Previous Dubai / UAE experience
• Pre-opening or new restaurant opening experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of luxury service and guest relations
• Commercially aware with good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control
• Confident leading and developing multicultural teams
• Hands-on, energetic and comfortable being present on the Tloor
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Polished, personable and genuinely passionate about hospitality
