A leading real estate developer in Dubai is hiring experienced Relationship Managers – Direct Sales to drive residential property sales. Up to AED 10,000/month. Russian, Turkish, Italian & Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Drive residential property sales
• Close property deals and consistently achieve sales targets

المتطلبات

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate sales experience
• Developer-side experience is mandatory
• Proven track record in direct residential property sales
• Strong network/experience with investors, HNWIs & end-users
• Proven ability to close property deals and consistently achieve sales targets
• Fluent in English + one of the following languages: Russian, Turkish, Italian or Spanish
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Must be currently based in the UAE
