المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the regional finance function across multiple countries and manufacturing operations, with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial control and governance.
• Partner closely with commercial, operational and supply chain leadership to drive business performance, with a particular focus on pricing, margins, profitability, working capital, cash flow and return on investment.
• Provide financial leadership across manufacturing operations, including standard costing, inventory, production variances, plant performance, operational efficiencies and capital expenditure.
• Maintain a strong financial control environment across the region, overseeing statutory reporting, audit, tax, compliance and financial governance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead and develop regional finance teams while driving improvements across finance systems, processes, reporting and automation.
