المهام والمسؤوليات

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable talent solutions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, competency assessments, and reference checks as required.
• Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline across assigned sectors and job categories.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records while ensuring timely updates on recruitment activities and pipelines.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activity to provide valuable recruitment insights to clients.
