We are looking for professionals with strong commercial and contractual experience in interior fit-out, finishing works, joinery, and specialist subcontractor packages, preferably within large-scale high-rise residential or commercial developments. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry. Proven experience in high-rise building projects, with a strong focus on interior fit-out and finishing works. Expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, interim valuations, variations, subcontractor payments, and final accounts. Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and cost control. Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or established fit-out contractors is highly desirable. UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. Candidates currently based in the UAE with an immediate or flexible joining period will be prioritised.
