المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost analyses.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and project managers to ensure transparency.
• Prepare tender documents and conduct evaluations.
• Assist in contract administration and claims management.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, MS Excel)
• Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is a plus
