وظيفة حاسب كميات في دبي بدوام كامل لإدارة تكاليف المشاريع وإعداد جداول الكميات ومراقبة الميزانية بالتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات. تتطلب خبرة متوسطة، مع Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management for construction or infrastructure projects، Strong skills in preparing, reviewing, and managing BOQ documents، Experience in Cost Planning and forecasting.

المتطلبات

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management for construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong skills in preparing, reviewing, and managing BOQ documents
• Experience in Cost Planning and forecasting
• Proficiency in Cost Reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with relevant contracts and standards (e.g., FIDIC)
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in industry-standard QS and cost management software
• Must be working in a construction field
