We’re Hiring | Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out (High-Rise Construction) Location: UAE Company: Leading Tier 1 Construction Company Employment Type: Permanent Joining Preference: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short/flexible notice period Candidates with only fit-out & interiors experience with relevant industry background and worked on luxury projects are only eligible to apply We are supporting a leading Tier 1 construction company in the UAE in hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out for its high-rise construction projects. We are looking for professionals with strong commercial and contractual experience in interior fit-out, finishing works, joinery, and specialist subcontractor packages, preferably within large-scale high-rise residential or commercial developments. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry. Proven experience in high-rise building projects, with a strong focus on interior fit-out and finishing works. Expertise in BOQs, cost estimation, interim valuations, variations, subcontractor payments, and final accounts. Strong understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and cost control. Experience working with Tier 1 main contractors or established fit-out contractors is highly desirable. UAE/GCC construction experience preferred. Candidates currently based in the UAE with an immediate or flexible joining period will be prioritised.
