We are looking for a technically proficient and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. If you have strong expertise in cost management, quantity surveying, procurement, and contractual administration within the construction industry, we would love to hear from you!

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, cost planning, cost control, and value engineering
• Review and validation of contractor payment applications, interim payment certificates, variations, and claims
• Procurement experience, including RFQs, tendering, and technical and commercial evaluations
• Review of contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Effective management of commercial risks, contractual obligations, and project costs

المتطلبات

• Minimum 5 years of professional Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing reviews and quantity take-offs
• Hands-on experience with Primavera for programme analysis, cost planning, and project tracking
• Working knowledge of PlanSwift for measurement and cost estimating
