China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CRCC) is looking for an experienced QS Manager to join the Emirates Dubai World Central Airport Project in Dubai, UAE.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
• Experience in Airport, Aviation, Infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of: BOQ & Quantity Take-Off, Cost Control & Commercial Reporting, Variations & Claims, Interim Valuations & Final Accounts, Subcontractor Payments, Contract Administration
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and construction contracts
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
• Candidates currently available in the UAE or able to join on short notice are preferred
