We are looking for a qualified and experienced QA/QC MEP Engineer to join our team in Dubai. Candidates with previous UAE construction experience are encouraged to apply. ➡️ 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦: ▪️Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry. ▪️Strong technical knowledge of MEP works, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other building services. ▪️Good understanding of UAE regulations, authority requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards. ▪️Familiarity with DEWA regulations, inspection procedures, and approval requirements. ▪️Experience preparing, reviewing, and implementing Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Inspection Requests (IRs), and QA/QC documentation. ▪️Familiarity with material and technical submittals, Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), and consultant approval procedures. ▪️Experience conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements. ▪️Ability to identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities, including issuing and closing NCRs, Site Observation Reports (SORs), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports. ▪️Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, project quality plans, and quality control procedures. ▪️Experience in MEP quality control for residential, villa, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects is preferred. ▪️Ability to review approved drawings, material approvals, and technical specifications before site execution. ▪️Experience preparing inspection and test records, checklists, testing and commissioning documentation, and quality handover dossiers. ▪️Familiarity with testing and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems. ▪️Ability to coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues. ▪️Experience preparing QA/QC reports, inspection logs, material submittal registers, NCR logs, and other quality tracking reports. ▪️Good communication, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills. ▪️Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with project document management systems is an advantage. ▪️Ability to work independently, manage multiple inspections, and meet project deadlines. ▪️Candidates must have previous UAE construction experience.
