Island Tower Electromechanical Works LLC is looking for an experienced Purchase QS / Procurement Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Position: Purchase QS / Procurement Quantity Surveyor. Location: Dubai, UAE. Industry: Electromechanical / MEP / Construction. Employment Type: Full-Time.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs based on BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate and compare supplier quotations based on price, quality, specifications, delivery, and payment terms.
• Prepare Technical & Commercial Comparison Sheets.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders in line with company procedures.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, QS, Procurement, and Finance teams.
• Monitor material procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Verify quantities, specifications, rates, delivery notes, and supplier invoices.
• Maintain proper procurement records and supplier databases.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining required quality and specifications.
• Assist with material cost analysis, variations, and other commercial requirements.

المتطلبات

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/MEP procurement or quantity surveying.
• Experience with MEP materials, HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, electrical, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, procurement, and cost comparison.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage.
