We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Corporate Banking Platform in Sharjah. This role involves coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards, making it an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the banking sector.

• Lead and drive the successful delivery of the Corporate Banking Platform implementation covering cash management, liquidity management, and trade finance.
• Coordinate project activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.
• Establish and manage project plans, documentation, and status reporting to maintain effective project governance.
• Identify potential risks and challenges, proposing solutions and seeking management support as needed.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Provide guidance on project management methodologies and tools, ensuring process improvements across teams.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 10-15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in managing end-to-end corporate banking platform implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with corporate banking products, including cash management and trade finance.
• Proven track record of delivering projects within scheduled timeframes and adhering to budgets.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and standards is required.
