We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects in Dubai, taking each one from planning through to handover on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• 10–15 years in the construction industry, with a strong high-rise track record
• Experience in Dubai or the wider UAE preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations and construction practices
• Solid command of project management methods and tools
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control and contract management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to run several projects at once and hit deadlines
• A UAE driving licence and valid work authorisation are a plus
