Global HR & Management Consultants, Dubai, in partnership with a leading Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a qualified Project Manager for one of its healthcare project operations.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma with 5-7 years of relevant working experience in healthcare facilities
• Strong background in healthcare/hospital facilities management, particularly cleaning and environmental services operations (hospitality experience will be an advantage)
• Proven experience in planning, organizing and managing overall cleaning and pest-control activities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operational performance
• Strong knowledge of FM operational policies, procedures, quality standards, HSE requirements, KPIs and client requirements within a healthcare environment
• Strong team leadership, client management, communication and reporting skills, with the ability to manage large operational teams and maintain service standards
• Arabic language proficiency will be an added advantage
