🚨 WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING ROLES 🚨 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE We are currently looking for experienced finance professionals for two exciting opportunities with a leading real estate development organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE: 🔹 Project Finance Manager • 8+ years of finance experience • Real estate development / off-plan project experience • Strong project financial analysis, budgeting amp; forecasting experience • Experience with project lifecycle financials and feasibility-to-budget translation • ERP experience required; Oracle Fusion preferred • Strong Excel amp; reporting skills 🔹 Consolidation amp; Audit Assistant Manager • 5+ years of accounting & consolidation experience • CPA / CA / ACCA qualification is a must • Strong experience in group consolidation with international coverage • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and audit • Oracle FCCS experience is highly relevant • Real estate development industry experience If you meet the requirements and are interested in exploring the opportunity, please send your updated CV via DM or email it to hannah@a2mlrecruiting.com
