المتطلبات

• 15+ years of construction experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience delivering super high-rise / skyscraper / mega developments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP certification required
• Strong expertise in project management, planning, cost control, contracts, risk, QA/QC & HSE
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage major budgets
• Strong UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and project controls
