We’re Hiring | Procurement – Construction Tarrad Development, Dubai is looking for experienced professionals for the following positions: 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 🔹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 Key Requirements: • Strong experience in construction procurement in the UAE • Proven experience in sourcing Civil & MEP materials for construction projects • Experience in sourcing, evaluating and appointing subcontractors • Strong supplier/vendor identification, evaluation and negotiation skills • Experience in RFQs, quotation analysis, comparison statements, purchase orders and subcontract documentation • Ability to negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules • Maintain proper procurement documentation, vendor records, contracts and approvals • Coordinate closely with Projects, Engineering, QS/Commercial, MEP and Finance teams • Strong knowledge of the UAE construction supplier and subcontractor market • Immediate availability is preferred 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 🏗 Industry: Construction / Real Estate Development Interested and qualified candidates may share their CV via WhatsApp: [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم], mentioning the position applied for.
