المهام والمسؤوليات

• Review approved material and equipment specifications and prepare/request RFQs from qualified suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations in accordance with approved procurement procedures.
• Prepare comparative statements for techno-commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual conditions to achieve the best value.
• Review technical compliance of supplier quotations against approved specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering and project teams to resolve technical clarifications and deviations.
• Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation in accordance with approved procedures.
• Coordinate the issuance of approved purchase orders to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding required technical, quality, shipping, and delivery documentation.
• Follow up regularly on the status of ordered materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, Stores, and project teams to ensure timely delivery to project sites.
• Monitor critical and long-lead materials and escalate potential delays.
• Maintain an updated procurement and delivery status report.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / civil engineering or a related field
• Relevant professional procurement/supply-chain certification is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience
• Experience within EPC, infrastructure, power transmission, distribution, substations, construction, or energy projects
• Experience in procurement of electrical, mechanical, construction, or project-related materials is preferred
• Experience with international procurement and import processes is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• UAE Experience Required
