What you’ll do 🔹 Lead every phase of construction projects: planning, execution, monitoring and close-out 🔹 Build detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets and resource allocation 🔹 Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and internal teams 🔹 Report progress regularly to clients and senior management 🔹 Manage project risks and act early to prevent delays or cost overruns 🔹 Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and QA/QC procedures 🔹 Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, controlling delivery and cost 🔹 Review contracts, budgets and schedules, and manage change orders, claims and variations 🔹 Lead the project team, carry out regular site inspections and chair progress meetings What we’re looking for ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering ✅ 10–15 years in the construction industry, with a strong high-rise track record ✅ Experience in Dubai or the wider UAE preferred ✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations and construction practices ✅ Solid command of project management methods and tools ✅ Strong financial acumen: budgeting, cost control and contract management ✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills ✅ Able to run several projects at once and hit deadlines ➕ A UAE driving licence and valid work authorisation are a plus If you’ve delivered high-rise projects and you’re ready for your next challenge, send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] WE’RE HIRING | Finance Manager – Abu Dhabi, UAE
