We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to join our project team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong process engineering design experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably with offshore wellhead and process platform projects. Key Responsibilities Execute process engineering activities under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer. Review and develop process engineering deliverables, including Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), process descriptions, and process datasheets. Perform process simulations and heat & material balance calculations using Aspen HYSYS / UniSim. Carry out flare load calculations using Aspen Flare System Analyzer (FlareNet). Prepare and review process design basis, flare relief and blowdown calculations, and depressurization and flare network studies. Develop and review process safeguarding diagrams, safe charts, operating philosophies, and operating manuals. Prepare and check equipment and instrument process datasheets, equipment sizing, and line sizing calculations. Coordinate with the Project Management Team (PMT) and other engineering disciplines. Monitor project scope changes and raise change notifications as required. Ensure process engineering deliverables comply with project specifications and applicable engineering standards. Required Qualifications & Experience 10–15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. Preferably experienced in offshore wellhead platforms and process platforms. Strong knowledge of process engineering design and documentation. Hands-on experience with Aspen HYSYS / UniSim and Aspen FlareNet. Proven experience in process simulation, heat and material balance, flare and relief systems, blowdown studies, and equipment and line sizing. Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary project team.
