🚨 WE’RE HIRING | POST CONTRACT QUANTITY SURVEYOR 🏗 RAQ CONTRACTING 📍 Dubai, UAE We are looking for an experienced Post Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage post-contract commercial activities • Prepare interim valuations, payment applications & final accounts • Handle variations, claims and contractual notices • Review subcontractor payments, variations & final accounts • Monitor project costs, commitments and commercial performance • Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and contract documents • Support cost reporting, forecasting and contract administration • Coordinate with project, procurement, planning and technical teams 🔹 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field • UAE construction experience in post-contract QS • Strong knowledge of FIDIC, variations, claims, valuations & final accounts • Building/civil construction experience preferred • Strong Excel, commercial and analytical skills 📩 Apply Now: Send your CV to [بيانات التواصل متاحة عبر زر التقديم] 📌 Please mention “Application – Post Contract Quantity Surveyor” in the email subject line.
