Mubkhar is hiring a People Operations Senior Officer to support UAE teams across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance, HR operations and retail/store support. Location: Dubai, UAE. Arabic & English required. Retail/store experience is highly preferred. Must be comfortable with regular store visits across the UAE. Open to candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate, including from Jordan and Lebanon.
