We are looking for an experienced Payments Technical Lead with 10+ years of expertise in payment systems, banking technology, and technical solution design to support a large-scale Oracle Banking Payments (OBP) & Core Banking Upgrade Program.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead technical impact analysis and solution design across payment applications impacted by OBP and Core Banking upgrades.
• Prepare and review HLDs, LLDs, and technical integration designs.
• Assess changes across payment gateways, clearing systems, and downstream applications.
• Ensure alignment with country-specific payment rails across UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and India.
• Coordinate with application owners, architects, and program teams.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect analysis, release readiness, and technical governance.

المتطلبات

• 10+ years of experience in the Banking Payments Domain.
• Strong experience with Oracle Banking Payments (OBP) and Core Banking Systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Payment Applications, Technical Architecture, HLD/LLD, and Impact Analysis.
• Knowledge of UAEFTS, WPS, ICCS, KNPS, QATCH, RTGS, and ACH.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, system integrations, and reconciliation platforms.
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation and upgrade programs.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
