المهام والمسؤوليات

• Review, verify, and post supplier invoices and credit notes
• Match invoices with POs, contracts, and receiving documents
• Prepare supplier payments and reconcile statements
• Maintain AP ledgers and monitor aging reports
• Process employee expenses and petty cash
• Support month-end/year-end closing and audits
• Ensure VAT, tax, and internal-control compliance
• Resolve supplier and payment queries

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–4 years of AP or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and local tax requirements
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
• Organized, discreet, and collaborative
