Required Skills Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM solutions, with at least 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll experience. Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, processing, costing, and reconciliation. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, and payroll integrations. Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, and Time and Labor integration with Payroll.Experience in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll certification. Experience in UAE/KSA payroll implementations and localization. Should be available available to join in short notice.
