We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a minimum of two end-to-end implementations under their belt. This role demands strong functional expertise with module-based technical expertise (preferred to have) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Learning Management and Performance • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud as a techno-functional consultant. • AI Enablement in HCM Fusion and VBCS personalization • At least 2 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Learning Management and Performance. • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and data model. • Ability to work with Oracle Tools (Bi Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL). • Good understanding of business processes in HR, Talent, and Payroll domains. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
