Experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Support Consultant responsible for day-to-day issue resolution, system stabilization, and collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and reliable HCM system operations with critical timelines. Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and solid working knowledge of other HCM modules.

• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and reliable HCM system operations within critical timelines.

المتطلبات

• 5–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM systems with hands-on Oracle Fusion Payroll experience.
• Proven functional support experience across multiple HCM modules.
• Implementation or support experience in Data Centers / Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll including elements, fast formulas, balances, costing, and payroll flows.
• Hands-on knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talents, Learning modules.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and payroll controls.
• Experience with HCM reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Understanding of HCM security roles, data access, and approvals.
• Familiarity with integrations, data loads (HDL), and interfaces.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL/SQL and Data Model.
