Operations Manager role for a premium café concept in Dubai. Location: Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience. Own Car: Preferably with own car DE. Valid UAE Driving Licence: Preferred. Immediate joiners preferred. Direct Hiring - No Fees.

• Manage staff, operations and daily business requirements independently.

المتطلبات

• 5+ years of UAE hospitality experience
• Strong experience in Bakery, Café and Casual Dining operations
• Experience in a busy, high-volume hospitality environment
• Previous experience in a premium/high-end café or restaurant is preferred
• Strong knowledge of daily operations, team management and service standards
• Able to manage staff, operations and daily business requirements independently
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE
• Immediate joiners preferred
