• Support the team in day-to-day SAP-related activities and operations.
• Assist with SAP system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Learn and understand SAP processes, modules, and business workflows.
• Work closely with senior SAP consultants and technical teams to gain practical experience.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Support testing activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with data validation, reporting, documentation, and system-related tasks.
• Participate in SAP training and continuous learning programs.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to improving SAP support processes.
• Perform other SAP-related tasks as assigned by the team.
