China Railway 18th Bureau Group is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our construction team in the UAE. Candidates with extensive experience in high-rise building construction projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to supervise MEP site activities are encouraged to apply.

المتطلبات

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MEP supervision within building construction projects.
• Strong experience in high-rise building construction projects is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Ability to supervise daily MEP site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, civil teams, and other site departments.
• Experience in site inspections, testing, commissioning, and ensuring quality standards.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, MEP regulations, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
