We’re Hiring: MEP Quantity Surveyor CS Interiors is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support our high-end interior fit-out projects across Dubai. Key responsibilities: - Prepare MEP estimates, BOQs and tender submissions - Review drawings, specifications and tender documents - Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations - Manage valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts - Monitor budgets and control costs throughout each project - Coordinate with the design, procurement and project teams Requirements: - Minimum 3–5 years’ UAE experience in MEP quantity surveying - Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-protection works - Interior fit-out experience is preferred - Proficient in Excel and quantity-surveying software - Strong commercial, negotiation and communication skills - Currently based in the UAE Immediate joiners preferred Send your CV to abutler@csinteriors.ae
