المهام والمسؤوليات

• Lead the planning, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems for bridge projects.
• Collaborate closely with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure MEP integration without compromising design intent or structural integrity.
• Oversee contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in line with Municipality and RTA regulations.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical challenges, and maintain compliance with specifications.
• Drive the adoption of sustainable and energy-efficient MEP solutions in line with Dubai’s green building initiatives.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of MEP experience
• at least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or bridge projects
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project interfaces
• Strong knowledge of international codes (BS, ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC) and UAE-specific regulations
• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) and MEP design software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit)
