We are seeking an experienced MEP Inspector which is responsible for inspecting and verifying MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, method statements, ITPs, and quality standards.

• Inspect MEP works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and related systems.
• Review approved shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs before inspection.
• Conduct inspections at various stages of installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Verify installation against approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Raise and follow up Inspection Requests (IRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, dimensions, levels, alignment, supports, and installation quality.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify test results.
• Maintain inspection records, checklists, reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure proper closure of punch-list and snag items.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical/quality feedback.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental requirements are followed during inspection activities.
• Support final inspection, handover, as-built documentation, and project closeout.

المتطلبات

• Proven experience as a MEP Inspector on building construction or engineering consultancy projects with at least 7 years relevant experience and 5 years in UAE.
• Demonstrated experience across villa developments, residential complexes, high-rise towers, and mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with local authority standards and inspection procedures.
