We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical engineering works, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution in line with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor mechanical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical and design issues.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and contractor performance to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Conduct site inspections and review installation quality, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Identify technical challenges, recommend solutions, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure proper documentation, progress reporting, and timely project handover.

المتطلبات

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering and project execution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in building construction, or large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, as relevant to the project.
• Experience in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, material submittals, and method statements.
• Excellent project coordination, site supervision, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
